Last year I made a resolution to stop complaining and with prayer and dedication I complained less and less each day. This year I did not make make a new resolution because I started changing my bad habits little by little last year...... Ooo I just thought of a really good one, this year I will speak more Yoruba. I have to be honest with myself and you guys, my Yoruba skills is probably a 3 out of 10 (I will never admit this to my hubby lol). It's not my fault! Since I came to the states, everywhere I've lived barely had any Nigerians. It's funny because my husband and I made a promise to have one whole conversation each day in Yoruba but we really didn't take it seriously. This year though we have to because my son has to know how to speak Yoruba by force by fire. Most Nigerians born in America can understand the language but speaking it is another thing. I've always been jealous by how Hispanic children born here speak the language so well. So for the good of my son, I have to do this.
I turned this scarf into a dress because it's ridiculously massive and you can do so much with it. I warn you guys now, you will see this scarf a lot this winter. This has been my go to scarf because its so warm but its expensive in my book....Speaking of, Zara has it on sale for 22 bucks, thats more than 50% off.
What I'm wearing: Scarf: Zara Belt: H&M Moccasin: Zara
